I don't think anyone thought it was going to be revealed on the Jace Hall show. But people thought Blizzard might coincide their beta announcement with his show since it clearly may feature it.

Which is a completely unfounded assumption. It's ridiculous.


The beta will likely be in the hands of the players and the community will know of the beta before an official announcement goes up. Waiting for the official announcement and tying it with any other blizzard-related event is kind of moot at this point, is only hyping yourself for disappointment.

Really though, we don't know when it'll be announced, and you never know what might happen between now and tomorrow, or now and next Friday. Though I do agree Blizzard should be a tiny bit more forthcoming about all this...3 years has been a long time.
