Concerning the Doodad: Brilliant, inspiring, almost exciting to know there's lots of art assets we can use when creating campaigns. And, I thought we had seen these from those shots of some terran installation where an Ultralisk was held in captivity of the sort. It was a Blizzcon image I think.

Concerning the Release: It almost hurts when they say that. It's more like, instead of feeling excited about it, you'd feel some kind of fear, and that you'd have to at least ready yourself to find disappointment. But, whatever.

I don't think the terrans have such advanced technology, to be able to make hybrids. If they would they would alredy make super human mutants, or even war zombies

Duran is apparently limited to and by extant technology. He's having to make due with less, which suggests several things, among them being that he has next to no funding and is not backed by another faction, ie he's completely rogue.

True, but zombies none the less. And if the zerg can achieve it, then there's little doubt that Duran should be able to replicate the feat with his own zerg, too.

doesn't matter if that looks terran, or if terrans made it. we haven't actually seen hybrids yet and we don't know if they've been successfully created (flame me if i'm wrong, cos i probably am).

and i thought duran was rogue (again, i'm probably wrong). why would he give terrans access to his tech?

imo, sc2 will be based entirely around the Xel'naga/hybrids. they're gonna build it up, as in terrans will see a bit of them (like theinstallation level), zerg will be pissed by a rivalling 'bug', and the toss will do the full confrontation.
and then there be... (drum roll)
a 3rd expansion??? where the Xel'naga are a playable race? i'm seriously expecting it
