I know it's off-topic from the title, but has anyone noticed Archer is constantly flamed or corrected or insulted by at least 3 members 9 of each 10 threads in which he posts? and the 1 in which he isn't is just demo who does the job.

About topic, a question: will there be Bengalass in SC2? And the other critters look better like the fire crab that can burrow on Redstone or the mysterious goat-looking critter from the Gstar videos.

I really hope thier are Bengalaas. Actually id be disapointed if any of the critters didnt make a return. But the one that absolutly better be in starcraft 2 is the Panda Bear Guy (which by the way is another great Star Wars homage).

I'm sure there are myths about Orcs, but I personally have never heard them. Ogres, Cyclopses, Gremlins maybe... but never Orcs.

Gremlins are a completely modern (As in circa 1940) mythology.

@ Crazy Johnny: The last 3 films (not including clone wars) all had the same amount of plagiarizing from other works. Lucas even gleefully admits it and is proud of his plagiarizing. Instead of adding special effects and blowing the crowds away he should focus on plot. The last 3 films released just show how weak and thin the Star Wars plot is and that it can't hold up to 3 more movies because there's nothing sane to talk about.

I wouldn't say that there was nothing left in Star Wars to make a movie out of. The Clone Wars had a lot of potential.

With that caveat firmly in place, however, I will admit that your other points are right. Lucas, poor Lucas, who really should have been killed off before the Yuuzan Vong symbiont posing as his wattle drained what last creativity he had.
So sad, covering up all his inadequacies with FLASHY (!) special effects before the tech behind them even pans out (E.G, the Special Editions of Star Wars). And then he thinks he's relevant enough to insert a lot of (bad) political commentary into #3. Yes, Lucas, we get the point, you hate President Bush and he is EVIL, seeking to Corrupt the peaceful Democracy of the USA. Now get in line behind all the other Hollywood yahoos before I ram that lightsaber where the sun doesn't shine.

And the last of the first three films wasn't well regarded at all. Ranked below one of the last three films released, actually.

The thing is, RotJ was very well received by the critics who were in business at the time. IIRC, most of the RotJ-hate comes from the more modern critics.

So, the movie hasn't aged well, and I can sum up all of it's faults in one word.
That's right, one word. You know what I'm going to say, of course, but it needs to get out.

Well regarded by you, perhaps. The first three are considered to be... well, a gemstone of cinema. And this is from someone who can't bear to watch the movies, new or old.
