Thinking about Avatar and Starcraft got me wondering again how the hell the Protoss mate.

I think your thinking of the Hammerhead Titanothere. The Thanator was the giant panther creature. The Hammerhead Titanothere was the rhino herbavore creature.

Hammerhead Titanothere is too huge for a Rhynadon. It should be compared to an elephant. And Thanator doesn't remind me of a cat with its view.

Every single SCI-fi movie, game, cartoon, is inspired by all the ones before it. You ain't discovering America. But oh well, like you said, you must be really, really, really, bored... You should now search for all the inspiration or "rip-offs" from the star wars movies, and continue with the halo games, then maybe u can go with Final fantasy games.

The arguement was that Blizzard doesnt take stuff from movies. My counter-arguement was that Blizzard is all about taking stuff from movies, books, games and thats part of what makes thier universe so cool. You guys need to stop looking at this as copyright lawyers and start looking at it as Tolkien.
