In the sense that it is implied that Nova and Samu would be taking care of you and certainly not the other way around. They're the opposite of helpless. Nerd fantasy = male fantasy turned on its head.

I don't know about your conception of "taking care" (and can't say anything about Samu, being unfamiliar with the character), but Nova's conception of "taking care" of someone is more likely to involve blowing their head off. She's a trained assassin after all, first and foremost.

And I doubt that a field op trained to peak physical condition and living in a framework of harsh military discipline will have much patience for your typical "nerd". Any care she might show, would be of the gruff, practical and pragmatic type, and would be likely to leave its subject feeling abused rather than cared for.

Exactly. She'd be the one wearing the pants. Damsels in distress have no place in "nerd fantasies".

If so, then how'd you explain most hentai out there?

Most hentai out there are a product of the same culture that spawned tentacle rapes, bukkakes and other crazy shit. I'd rather keep this discussion within the more sane context of western civilization.

Well, it's not like "Western Civilzation" is completely blameless as far as strangeness and perversion are concerned... And if you're implying that Japanese culture is somehow "insane" or "inferior" I beg to disagree (tentacle rapes and bukkakes are a very small and insignificant part of it, if anything, it may say something about the "discernment" of "Western Culture" that those things are often singled out as representative)
I was mainly amused by the attempt to define a specifically "nerdish" sexual fantasy.

Tentacle rapes and bukkakes are an insignificant part of it, but a somewhat significant part of their porn industry and, by extension, their fantasies.

There's more to it than that. The success of the MGS franchise and Gamecube's new Metroid Prime series is what lead Blizzard to create Ghost. Ghost has been described as having Metroid Prime style gameplay, cept in 3rd person, and has been often compared to it. Ultimately this didn't seem to work out with the Spy elements they intended, nor did the multiplayer, so they halted the project.
