The broodlore having its two wingmates seems unzergish to me. Make it more zergy by making broodlings fly around like a carriers interseptors but within a smaller range.

Ugh. I'm still shredding things apart looking for the USB Cable. I've found FOUR that can charge my PS3 controllers AKA ones that are a fraction too large for the camera.

Sooooo.. Now that I finally managed to get this ancient thing online. I'll go into details. There's a few things that I like, but I'm still torn on the general design, so I didn't elaborate much.
The three claw arms around the face are opened up, one as a fused spike, and the two other along the front. The rest of the facial area's still rough, cause I'm not quite sure what I wanted to do with it.
The various sacs on the top each connect to a tube that follows inside a tentacle, and comes out of the body, grouping to either side, allowing it to throw out the little 'Lings through holes in the tips with a whipping motion. The back section had spines coming up at the intersections, leading slowly back where it's more lobster-tailed (possibility to have it crawl through the air more like the SG). Underneath, it has more buoyancy sacs, giving a slightly down facing tilt to give it a more AtG appearance.
Not really sure what I think of it overall, but I was using it as a jumping off point. I originally had the tentacles all over, which gave it a more behemoth-like appearance, but made it a little more Overlordish.
Hopefully I'll get some more drawings done, but the other angles were bothering me, because it seems like something's missing that I can't quite place. Also - the recent BroodLord's wing flapping animation today has me thinking about more possibilities for it, and if there's a more unique design that I can come up with.
I was possibly if I can make it a bit more Scorpion-like and using all of the front claw-arms as the throwing tubes for the Broodlings, and doing something else entirely with the body.
Anyhows, feedback on the general design, and now that I'm back at home & know where all the camera stuff is, I should be back to a more normal (less Blizzard-y) upload/response time. Cheers.
