I just can't believe that DSquid, The Lord of sarcasm and cynicism, is falling on this and got pissed of by Archer. xD
I get pissed at him because he actually believes what he says. He's not trolling, hes not a fraud. He really is just voluntarily stupid.

Well after all those posts it is hard to believe that he isn't trolling you.

    Things i noticed:
    - The PF is the most OP thing Blizzard made in his entire existence, including Terra-tron
    - Zergling movement speed on Creep is so fast it does look like a movie on FF. Not natural, needs a special animation if it's going to be so fast (no wings, please ).
    - Too much Thors?
    - Archon attack seems to look much better.
    - People either don't bother to dodge Psi Storm, or they can't.
    - Zerg needs an early unit capable of dealing with Terran infantry.

Changeling looks really impossible to pull off from what I can see atm... I hope they fix that somehow.

For some reason, they changed how the mechanic works. Now, you have to manually transform them. The whole idea was that the enemy would never see anything but the transformed version. By changing that, they basically neutered the ability.

Where does it say they have to manually transform? I thought the requirements for transformation was 10 distance units and for the Changeling to be immobile. The reason so many Changelings die in the videos is because they don't stop to transform, they just keep crawling into the enemy base.

Is that how it works? It still requires some manual intervention: they have to stop moving.

To be fair though, it's still effectively a free unit.

I could see changlings being used in the same form as zerglings are used currently. Another curiousity... does a changeling trigger the xel'naga watchtowers?

I see the changeling as being extremely hard to master. It's a no brainer when you see a random guy standing or moving around your base that it's a changeling.
After all, what player decides to leave a single unit in his base? And what player doesn't watch his army when he's mobilizing it?

Sure there will be times when you look away from your moving army to macro, but as an opponent you don't know when that is.

I think that the problem probably was, that the Changeling morph ability/vision had less range than the enemy attack.
