Demo, I'm not questioning you but I'm also curious of the source of this. (Don't need blue, or even a link, just enough for me to look into it to help out find this little piece of information out. My current searches bring up nil.)

It was never said. You can SEE it yourself in the videos. Every time a Changeling stopped moving, it morphed. Every time it didn't, it died.

I liked all of these new videos , it seems that the changeling suck even more than i thought ( the video where he actualy made it to the mineral line and died in 3 seconds by a scv made lol ). The PF loks realy nice and strong, i noticed that people tend to have OC in their main base, and PF at their expos. So do you think this will be the norm?

I thought you had to manunaly chainge your changeling , and that it stoped for a moment, because an ability was activated, overiding the move comand?

*nods* Alright, if that's the source I'm going to say we don't have anything stable at this time to decide how the activation itself works. It could be a 'stop'... it could be that it automatically happens and when it does so it automatically stops... It would be that the detection system used for this mechanic is buggy and is inconsistent as well. It could also be an ability (which we can confirm by looking at the action panel of a unit when the changling is selected.

This is, of course, no offense to DemoSquid as he could still very well be correct... but until we confirm the actual process that is required, I don't think we can move forward ASSUMING that is the proper method.

I think Demo is right, since that is only logical explanation.

If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But I'm 95% sure I'm right. Once the unit is told to stop or hold position, or it reaches the location it was told to move to, it will transform.
