In the first zerg vs terran game (havent watched the others yet) the zerg had 2 high yeild and still barely won, they need massive overhaul imo.

Edit: Watched the second terran, wasnt as bad, but i skimmed through it. The brood lords seem pretty cool but id still like to see lurkers, are they just not good enough for the late time they come out?

Edit2: I take it back 5 brood lords couldnt take out the PF, idk if that shows the weakness of the BL or the overpowered of the PF. Anyway all good games, at least the zerg won 2

The PF has 3 armor. The Terran player likely also had both tiers of the building armor upgrades. Making the PF have 5 armor by that point in the game. With 1500-2000 HP.

Brood Lords do 25 damage a shot, each Mantaling does 4 damage.

Basically, with all those SCV's repairing the PF, and the Mantalings doing no damage to the PF at all, 5 BL would never have been able to kill the PF.

Remember when everyone said Spawn Larva was going to win zerg every game....

Remember when you continuously misquoted me like a pundit?

I said "Spawn Larva was probably going to win every game WHEN USED PROPERLY, IE. ALL THE TIME."

Edit: For those unaware, the ultimate Zerg tactic every Zerg player should strive for is known as "Sauron Zerg." It means to overwhelm your opponent with the most units possible. Spawn Larva is a strong step to reaching this goal.

I saw multiple times all the Zerg players had excess energy and were not casting SL. I saw multiple Larva not being used all the time. No one was using the Larva like a pro, because the players were not pros. Pros will be able to use the mechanics properly, ie. all the time, every time. Then you will see the chaos it brings to the game.

All of this I have said before.

These mechanics are not like other "spells." They are outside the regular realm of balance.

Most people already see it. Really, its just you who's too blind to see how fucked and boring they make the game.

The question is this: will the Zerg have enough money to spend on that larva? Sure, if you're pulling minerals from 6 bases, yes. But if you're running those bases at full saturation, that only leaves you with about 70 food free for units. You can't field a very large army on that; the most you can do is create a continuous stream. And it is entirely possible for this stream to be so thin that the enemy army (of 120 or so food's worth of units) will be able to stop it without taking significant losses.

Even so, until you get enough bases to have the resource intake to use all that larva, continuously spawning larva doesn't help.
