According to that zerg tech tree, hydralisks are tier 1 and roaches are tier 2.

KDraconis confirmed that the Zerg and Terran tech trees are unchanged. The only change, apart from a few visual ones, is that the Immortal building pre-requisit is Robotics Facility instead of the Twilight Council. I guess it's built from the Robotics Facility instead of the Gateway then...

i'll try to tell the differences [i dont know Japanese, Chinese or w/e but i do have some background knowledge.]
Zerg: No Tech-Tree changes
Protoss: Immortal now trained from "Robotics Facility" instead "Gateway" so he cant be used in "Warp-in" anymore.
Terran: No Tech-Tree changes
that's pretty much it o_o
