It seems to me you think a lot of series that I consider great, and still great to this day, were destroyed in some fashion?

A lot of series? Red vs. Blue would be one of them, but I don't recall others.

Still, I will reaffirm that if you like Red vs. Blue today, my response is "well, more power to you." But having watched it since season 1, I gave up in season 10, after the new direction it began taking after season 7, one I feel could ultimately be summed up as "style over substance."

But as I also say, to each their own.
