I'm on the girls side, regardless of her being illiterate. Using your phone light to find your seat and texting in silence are not valid reasons to be kicked out of any theatre I've ever heard of. If she was talking out loud like in this message while in the theatre, then yeah, boot her, because shes ruining everyone else's experience. But from the limited information given in this video, I can't believe any judge or jury would side with the theatre in this matter, unless the theatre had a bunch of big bold signs clearly stating you can't do fuck all but eat popcorn in the theatre.
