Well, it really doesnt matter, because I think all it shows them is

Hmm, interesting. So based on their sense of time using phrases like soon and final stretch, somebody should computer the exact timeline that's being alluded to with almost complete. I'm gonna guess sometime in April, 2010.

I think by what Blizzard has said about their expectations to release the game and Chris Sigaty's beta release time frame that we can place it at June.

We actually got an answer from Xordiah:

He was talking about beta in general and not specifically about a Russian beta.

She then said it had to do with quality, and there was no point of doing updates because we only want the big one - beta.

Nice going Santrega, you got the answer out of them that everybody wanted to hear. It'll be comforting to know that beta isn't expected until 2010 when that's already the case. Wish they would be more upfront with us like they were here, it makes the "ready when it's ready" attitude more digestible.
