    Default Brutalisk backstory

    So we received this new pic of the Brutalisk today, so i'm wondering what are your thoughts on the units role in the story and maybe it's origin.

    Mass Effect Universe Fan, I support Mass Effect 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for Game of the year award! ME2 still is being the best rated game this year! Keep it up

    That screenshot looks like ass.

    Also, the Brutalisk looks like it has a heavier head/upper body than it can support.

    Place of origin: Kerrigan's battle grounds.

    So is the screenshot way too dark or is it just me & my monitor?

    Well, it all started when Kerrigan met a Hydralisk and an Ultralisk in a singles bar...

    Kinda reminds me of Alma's Awakened Form in Ninja Gaiden Black. Man was she a bitch...

    I'm reckoning its a strain of Zerg that has been granted some level of intelligence and authority within the swarm, bred in arena-type matches where only the toughest survive.
    Aaand sold.

    Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
    The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
    Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

    The road's goal is the Origin of Being
    But be wary through what thickets it winds.

    I think it is just you and your monitor. It looks bright enough for me.
