It's funny you call our forums dull. We're the news outlet who's churning out the most news. At least, in my research of all the sites I believe that's correct.

Yea I agree. I have to give you a lot of credit, you're really moving things forward. I think it's important the next mod will need to be especially able to communicate well with you. Your beta respiratory reminds me of Dauntless' dedication. Anyone who truely knows this site knows that the discussion never ends, this site has survived years without any "groundbreaking" SC news from blizzard at all in the dark ages lol.

I moderated at BlizzForums for a short time. That didn't go well, for a number of reasons. First of all, I couldn't balance my personal and academic affairs. Secondly, my dad died, so that didn't help. Then BlizzForums crashed.

You can't be as bad as my mother. She gets mad and someone either dies, ends up in a near-fatal accident, ends up in the hospital or the weather does something extremely strange among other things. Also, by the weather being strange, I mean a tornado hitting the city without warning.

But enough of my mother.

That's because we hire people that stand-out. Those that contribute to the community get the most responsibility (and the perks)! We're hoping to find some good candidates here!

Lol right Edgeworth. Im not joking, I wouldn't give a shit if the game kept being delayed and I had not played it. Sure its annoying, but I wouldn't whine about it.

I also act like an ass because 75% of these forums are stupid posts, topics and users. If I dont act like an ass and let things slide, people would just continue being idiotic.

And lastly, even if I knew something, I wouldn't say anything. Enjoy.

I think this is not just an abusive and improper way to treat the members of your community, but its also extremely unprofessional. He attacks his own community for what he believes is idiocy, and uses the fact he got a job at blizzard to taunt his members with little stupid comments such as:

Even if I never have played the game, I wouldnt care this much.

For example, Batman Arkham asylum was delayed, but I didnt bitch and moan, even though I really wanted that game.

I guess its just acting my age...

I don't know in what world its okay to belittle your own community, but this seems to be the way he wants to go about it. However, now hes not just representing sc2armory in an unprofessional manner, but he is now representing blizzard that way as well.

I hope whoever you pick, they continue to act in opposition to the way this guy acts in his community. I believe he represents everything a good administrator, or even a good moderator should not be.

I come to SC:L because of the respect it shows its members, and the professionalism that the SC:L staff shows on a daily basis.

Here is an example of what I mean from gearvosh:

gearvOsh is an immature prick. Why people bother contributing to that forsaken forum or even want to be associated with it is beyond me. That attitude of his reflects badly on that whole community, and only breeds insolence among his members.

He acts that way on the SC2GDF too. Every post of his is a flame or rude quip that makes him look like an even bigger ass, and nobody respects him because of it.

And the fact that he got a job at Blizzard in light of this attitude of his grinds my gears (pun intended). I can think of a handful of more deserving individuals with a far better character.

SC2Armory aside, most other fansite owners have a more professional attitude and are far more personable. But SCL really seems to be the most welcoming and mature.
