    Default Jim going good or bad?

    what I seen so far about the campain it looks like you can take Good missions or "evil" missions.

    and the middel part can veriate deppending on what missons you pick, and they said they will only have 1 kind of endning.
    so Does the Good/Evil missions matter in the long run?
    so anyone think he be abit more good friendly/save all the trees type or evil/ruthless if you go evil side, or wont it matter couse that would be soo lame and pointless

    Good/bad missions only matter within Wings of Liberty. However, that'll affect subplots, which units you get, and how much money you can make (which affects which upgrades you can get).

    For instance, you get less money for rescuing the colonists of Agria than for getting an artifact for Monlyth. There's a subplot (seen at BlizzCon 2007) where the troops are complaining about not being paid for three months; I'm sure that'll be affected, one way or the other.

    I would kinda like it, if Jimmy would be a bit more "evil", or atleast realistic, and wouldn't be such an pansy and always trying to be the "white knight", and saving everybody, and helping them, even if it's none of his buiseness. Somethimes you have to make hard decisions and do them, reagardless if you like them or not, and you have to make sacrifices. But sadly Jimmy doesn't understand that. He should be a bit more like Mengs (but not to much )

    I think they said that they will be putting the players in situation where the moral choices are gray, so he cannot really "turn evil". For example: do i go to save a colony, or this other one? Or do i take this one-in-a-time opportunity to capture several battlecruisers, and then be able to save several endangered colonies at the same time? After all, if you fall, nobody will be going to save anyone.

    When you do those 'bad' objectives, all that happens is that Jim Raynor gets some badass pink tattoos on his left forearm, just like your character in Lucasarts' Tie-Fighter.

    Yeah, I'm part of the Secret Order of the Emperor. If they had *actually* invisible blacklight tattoos (completely unseeable in normal light) I would get that on my arm.

    If they were to make it so that you got to choose if Jim went towards good or evil would be just ridiculous. Thats playing with his character profile there. The player can't change who he is, it just doesn't make sense for Starcraft.
    Like Norfindel said, Blizz stated that the good/evil missions are less obvious and it's a grey line between the two. Either way something bad will happen which is why Jim is deteriorating.

    He's not going to go bad, it's Jim Raynor, it would mess up the story line so bad.

    If Jim turns bad I will stop playing because of how reatrded that would be. Arthas was ok but I don't want another one.
