No attack (since it would be too powerful early game)

Mothership Upgrades (All upgrades are researched at Nexus)
Energy Recharge (requires Cybernetics Core)
Timerift (requires Twilight Council)
Cloaking (requires Dark Shrine)
Black Hole (requires Templar Archives)
I'm Guessing the "attack" ability requires the Fleet Beacon.

Or perhaps "Flight" requires Fleet Beacon (early on it can be a ground hovering unit.)

Also, Its energy recharge rate should be based on the number of Nexuses the player controls.
