Vespene Geyser Still Disappearing

A few months ago, I pointed out that when any of the 3 races started to build their gas collector, the geyser underneath would disappear. I was re-watching BR4 and noticed this issue is still present. You can see what I mean here:

Blue Protoss Lee starts to build an Assimilator after Kim's Tank harrassment is squelched, and the warping in of the Assimliator causes the vespene geyser underneath to completely vanish.

So, do you think this is a glitch, something they missed in design, or a sign they may be remodelling the geysers?

Most likely the developers never noticed. IIRC most of them have had their eyes poked out inorder to better maintain company secrecy.

Might be a glitch. In any case as long as it's not intended(which I doubt it would be) it will be fix.

That's gotta be an incomplete animation. Somehow I doubt Blizzard, in all their perfectionism, would overlook something as blatant as this. The complete effect likely relies on a finalized build animation which could still be in flux.
