The thing with all these foreign versions of SC is they don't seems to use the same filters for voice acting as the English. In fact, some use hardly any filters (some don't sound robotic or mechanical enough). They sound on par with SCIIs current voice acting, effect wise at least.

What!? you're wrong. your view is biased. Why would Blizzard hate Mexico?
The Spanish version was made with Spanish from Spain, not Spanish from Mexico. Did you want it to be with Mexican Spanish? I guess it would have had better voice acting, but the real problem was the special effects which are what make it sound worse.
Besides, you don't seem to have watched all the other videos I and other users posted in this thread. sandwich_bird himself said the french version was awful too.

Seriously, nothing can be worse than the translations made in Spain
I had heared very good Mexican translations. Hell, The Simpsons sound better than with the English soundtrack.
