I joined and was actually surprised by how many people there were. Why don't these people post on the forums?

I don't know yet, but some cross pollination is something we're hoping to start to drive. We're going to be revising our social media policy along with how social media + the forum + battle.net + how the site at large can create better synergies. Any suggestions are more than welcome.
