Youst to clear any misinformation, the majority of the UED units are piloted, only a very small part of units are actually robotics. For example the basic soldier is robotic (cheap, expandable, but very massable), since it's cheaper to produce an robot, than to train and to equip an soldier.
Edit: restock is basicly only a build time, i had many more pictures , but i had to shorten it. The idea behind the defences is, that you start with a moderate but cheap defense building, and then later on gain acess to the advance defense.
As for the Harvester replicate ability, it is balanced in that the harvester that is replicating is imobilized and canot build or harvest in the meantime, so to balance it perfectly , you just adjust the time of the replicate ability.
The starfortrees is constantly producing defence drones(planes), that fly around it, and attack anything in sight.Forgot to list those ;P

The static feedback is balanced around the emp, both have only limited targets, but where the feedback has a much shorter area of effect. If needed it's area of effect will be decreased.
