Homepage and rest of the site, except forum, not accessible

There are issues with this older version of vBulletin and the latest version of PHP (which the server is now running).
Hopefully we will be able to move to the latest version of vB soon which will address this and other (mobility, etc) concerns.

Give it some time. We have people working on it but they also have lives outside of this. No one is working full-time on this site.
