Man, he looks pretty old for someone who's 33 in the age where medicine allows people to live till 150 on average. Although... it's probably the stress lol.

    You'd be stressed too if:
    - you lived in a backwater shithole
    - your wife died of dysentery
    - your son was taken to a secret government program and is probably dead
    - the next woman you cared for became the queen bitch of the universe
    - she killed all your friends
    - the guy you worked for is hunting you down because you disagreed with his policies
    - your employees are tired and restless after 4 years of no pay and no gain

Well this pretty much sums up most people:
-you lived in a backwater shithole
    - the next woman you cared for became the queen bitch of the universe
    - she [fucked] all your friends

Not most people, but it does describe a large swathe of the lower class people. And what do you know, this tier of human beings normally doesn't live that long.

Source? I mean he was a marine in the army (probably for 3 years and probably started at 18) then he married his first wife and already had grey hair so at this point he probably was late 20 or 30 something. His kid was around 5 when they took him away and his wife probably died 1 year later so that makes him around 36. Now stacraft and broodwar probably lasted what 4 years? So he should be around 40 + 4 because starcraft II starts 4 years later. So yeah around 44 years old minimum.

    The heck?

Jim Raynor was 18 in Heaven's Devils. Source: Back of Heaven's Devils. (The book isn't out yet, but the back cover is.) That was the last year or two of the Guild Wars, which ended in 2489. (Source of year: StarCraft I opening scroll, where we're told the Guild Wars ended ten years ago, and I, Mengsk, if you feel like keeping track of the time and comparing to Arcturus Mengsk's age.)

Jim Raynor was 29 years old in StarCraft I. Source: Manual. That's 2499. Source: StarCraft I itself, first three terran missions. (Arcturus Mengsk was 38 years old.)

Brood War was approximately one year later. Source: Numerous. Best is probably I, Mengsk, which said Episode V started when the Dominion was six months old. (And from Nova, we learned that Episode I took six months, and from Queen of Blades, we learned how much time it took for the Dominion to form ... not long.) You can also tell from Fenix and Kerrigan's ages increasing on the Brood War heroes page at the official StarCraft Compendium.

StarCraft II: Takes place four years after Brood War (c. 2505). Source: Numerous places including Blizzard employees, directly quoted from the first lore panel.

29 + 4 = 33. 29 + 5 = 34. (One year wobble due to ambiguity of exact lengths of StarCraft vanilla and Brood War.) Raynor is 33 or 34.

You can even follow this timeline if you need to see it in a different format.

Raynor was 29 in StarCraft 1. That has multiple sources if you had bothered to look, but I'll list some.

Raynor initially appeared in the original game as a twenty-nine year old[5] Terran, a marshal on a backwater colony world. He later joins a growing revolution against the oppressive Confederacy of Man before becoming disillusioned with its cause and forming his own paramilitary group.[6]

Raynor was 29 years old when the protoss attacked his world's neighbor, Chau Sara.[9]
