Thus, November 30th is my bet.

To return to the topic, with the beta (hopefully) nearing release, I don't think releasing another BR is very necessary.

They did. It'll probably even go far into the game's release. The point is though, that when the beta comes we'll all be flooded with user videos so there's no reason for the developers to waste time doing what the community can do better when they have a game to make.
