Before us is gameplay of the SC2 campaign. I'm not the one playing the game, just recording the commentary.
Here we see Jim Raynor's battlecruiser Hyperion being attacked by the Zerg after retrieving a mysterious artifact of the Xel Naga from the Terran Dominion's archives
Here we see how talking to NPCs looks. This is what we'd like to show the most, how the game looks between missions; a conversation with a Marine [Tychus]
This is the base - We can talk to people, leave, and at the table in the middle, go on missions

We can also talk to this dude to get mercenaries, the only one we have access to so far is this special Marine. We can change the background music playing, and by clicking on the TV, we can watch something.
Now we're in the lab - We can do optimal readings [Tests I guess] on members of the opposing races. However, in the demo we played, it wasn't active so we don't know how it works or what it does.

This is what happens when we activate the artifact that Raynor stole. Once again though, most of this is blocked out in the beta so nothing happens.
This is the armory, where we can buy upgrades for units. Of course, the units are different from the crystals [minerals] and gas that we gather during missions. Raynor gets money by finishing tasks and missions. There are units you can buy, as well as upgrades - Weapons/armor and other stuff.
Now we start a mission - We have two missions to choose right now, on two different planets. We start the first one on planet Agria(?), and some woman is asking us for help to evacuate this planet that was taken over [Decimated] by the Zerg.

This is all, as you see, rendered in real-time. The content between missions in SC2 is rather revolutionary, and makes up for splitting the game into three parts.
Now we start the mission, with three Firebats and a Medic. As with many missions in Starcraft [1], we start with a few units and eventually get a base. We fight with the Zerg - a few Zerglings are attacking us.
Here on the left we see the characteristic cyborg woman who was also in the original Starcraft. These are the tutorials, as long as an encyclopedia to check the parameters of your units to see what they are strong against, weaknesses, etc.

More Zerglings are attacking
We find the group of people that we have to evacuate from this planet, and take control of their base as in SC1. We have now SCVs that can gather resources, make buildings, etc - the normal stuff that we are used to from Starcraft and we have already seen in Multiplayer videos.
This is all we've managed to record for you guys of SC2 from Blizzcon 2009
