Blizzard's solution of very short range for the Roach isn't bad, if the Zerglings can still move efficiently around the Roaches. You could burrow the Roaches to let the Zerglings move over them, then unburrow.

I think the roach model is ok, at least is not as worst as the first infestor model. Now THAT'S ugly.
