I think that HOTS Beta will probably start after Gamescom that lasts from 15-19 August. They said that there will be the latest playable version of HOTS, so it will probably be the last build that they are testing, and will release it shortly after.

In an interview last month, Blizzard said they hoped so. You know Blizzard is always late when it comes to estimates. If you believe their projections, you will always be disappointed.
