Little thing I'd like to get your thoughts on-there's no doubt been many vid-logs on Diablo III, listing pros and cons, but one reviewer whose opinion I greatly respect has recently done a review for each main installment in the series. Both on their own merits, and how the trilogy works. Some things I agree with (e.g. still on *Lord of Destruction, but I can see that the trilogy works on the principle of escalation), some things I'd never considered before (e.g. Belial's mind games, and how it's represented in the boss fight) and some things I disagree with (like Leah, but don't think she should be resurrected).

Up until now, the main focus of this thread has been on D3 (and Wings of Liberty...I blame Turalyon, because otherwise, I'm to blame) but not so much on how the series works overall. Quite a lot to watch, but if you're interested, do watch, and I'd be curious to what your thoughts are.

**Sorry if this comes off as spam-I've developed a fondness for retrospectives ever since the Ultima Retrospective by Spoony. Something I'd highly recommend if you're into that sort of thing.

Well, the 1.0.4 patch was released; a couple days earlier then planned in fact. (Probably in an attempt to distract the players away from Jay's Facebook mishap)

As for the patch...it didn't keep me interested. Fights are A LOT easier now, but that's about it. Same little to no reward for the endless Inferno farming. So what if they buffed Legendaries, they're still literally impossible to get.
