The new MIB looks so fucking stupid. Time travel? Really? How the hell does a spoof series jump the shark? Ugh >_<

    The Will Smith Rule:
If A) Will Smith is involved with an upcoming movie
and B) The movie is based on/inspired by a previously existing science fiction IP...

Then the movie is going to suck.

    Examples:
    • I Robot
    • MIIB
    • Wild, Wild West
    • I Am Legend

    Exceptions:
    • MIB (Based on a comic)
    • Independence Day: Not based on anything other than pure suckage.

Will Smith has as much swagger as Maroon 5 has moves like Jagger.

    That is to say, none.

I'm not that happy with all the movies, but at least there is a much better selection of movies than last year. I will spend a lot more time watching movies than tv series next year.

I felt like adding this here:

Scientists measure a second as the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods
of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine
levels of the ground state of the caesium 133 atom.
Or the duration of 9,192,631,770 matches where David Kim crushes you head to head in StarCraft 2

The Avengers... Joss Whedon's blockbuster debut, I hope he does what he does best and pleases his die-hard fans while disappointing the masses

Looking forward to the Hobbit and Dark Knight Rises, couldn't care less about Expendables 2 (I heard JCVD turned down a role in the first one because HE thought the script was lacking and poorly written, now that's saying something).

If I may suggest another addition OP... for any Wes Anderson fans, there's Moonrise Kingdom... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N8wkVA4_8s

lol space nazi's...the female air Marshall looks hot though..

Speaking about Prometheus, does anyone know details about it? I've read so many mixed things, straight from Ridley.

    (paraphrased)
    "It's not an ALIENS prequel"
"It's what I've always wanted to do and the area holds a special place in my heart"
"It was originally going to be an ALIEN prequel"
"yes it has the space jockey from ALIEN"

Well, all I know for sure is that the space jockey is indeed in the trailer.
    0:35
0:43 (for less than a quarter of a second, with the Galaxy map, you can see a Jockey walking around)
0:45 clear shot of a humanoid, but not human, near an object that looks exactly like the same object from ALIEN

    and of course the ship..

And again you had to be pretty big noob about PC not to know about the change, I mean even the birds on the trees knew about it.
