Warcraft IV Leaked?

Apparently, several Blizzcon live stream listeners overhead a private conversation between Kat Hunter and Geoff Keighley. They weren't aware that their mics were still on, and they were discussing what now is considered a Warcraft 4 leaked confirmation.

Blizzard leaked a schedule of anticipated projects over the next couple years, including a WarCraft 4. It included Project Titan and a 3D adaptation of Brood Wars.

I was about to say, wasn't WarCraft IV already pretty much confirmed? If not, it's pretty much a given that it's in early development akin to SC2 and D3 before announcement. I don't expect them to get serious about it though until after SC2:LOTV.

Watching the live stream during Blizzcon and the couple of times it came up they made it clear it wasn't in the works (not even a wink wink nudge nudge either, it was a flat out "no"). I do recall them joking about it though.

I'm sure they would want to return warcraft to its rts roots; it would be more interesting though if blizzard could add more of a rts feel into wow.

Cataclsysm and Wotlk occasionally immerse you into encounters where you are one combatant in a much larger scale battle. The mists of pandaria seems to take this theme to the next step to some degree. in pvp "events"

After awhile, I decided to stop assuming things. It wasn't fun. It became a lot like wishing. :P
