So, of course mine has proportions that are slightly off, but here it is with a diameter of about 444m. It would definitely qualify as a space station, with smaller ships docking with it, and have enough room for all the stuff that happens on the Amerigo, but, yeah, it does seem a bit small.

Here's a more generous estimate, assuming there's some more space between the decks and the windows in the reference are glowing enough to look bigger than they really are, which gets me to 600m wide. I'll probably go with something like this, where it's definitely way bigger in volume than the smaller Minotaur battlecruiser.

Of course, the International Space Station irl is only 100 meters wide.

Next up— wildly guessing on how big the Raven should be.

I always pegged them bigger than Battlecruisers for some reason. Guess I just got that from the UED cinematic and wondered why they didn't convert a few of them into giant carriers in the lore, mainly due the picture of the SV and the Wraith fighters.

The type from SC2 seems to be a separate class to me, assuming the model is similar to its real world interpretation.

    Also:

An in-game BC is right next to a cinematic, even though the Hyperion had used both models.....Don't really know what to make of that.

Hah, oh, Blizzard, full of contradictions. :P

That's why I probably won't be submitting anything to that cool Starship Dimensions site, because a lot of my drawings are sort of hybrids of different designs. Like my Minotaur battlecruiser is mostly based on the in-game model's overall shape under the assumption that the high-detail SC2 model is really supposed to be the Hyperion, but, who knows? So, none of my pictures are really authoritative enough.

Here's a potential poster arrangement of all of this stuff. It's just a low quality preview, don't get excited, and pretend that yellow science vessel is a mothership.

It's not looking so cool just yet— I'll probably break the ground units into 3 rows instead of 2 so that a little more space on the poster is devoted to them (and so there's actually space for the Nydus worm, which should be a bit bigger than there's room for in this picture). I'll also have to move some of the air units around to try and make the composition more balanced, instead of having nothing across from the shuttle on the right. I'll also probably need to add some sort of cool, Starcraft-y border, and maybe use that to fill in some of the blank space in the corners.

I'll try out a couple different arrangements, but, any suggestions?

Actually, it looks great right now as it is. Though I have to ask, is that black smudge suppose to be an Odin?

Heh, it's where the Nydus Worm head is going to go (although the actual one will be bigger). I don't plan on doing the Odin.

Oh okay. Just doing the head right? Hopefully we see them in HotS for a size comparison to an Ultralisk. Odin's particular a one off anyways.

I do know that the Dominion apparently has a Wraith-styled Frigate like vessel from the comic. The thing had a bridge and a hanger for Dropships which would be impossible for a normal Wraith. But again, one-off from what we've seen.

I also wonder what a Hercules class looks like. That and the Leviathan are the only ones we haven't seen.

I took a quick glance at this and automatically thought of it as a StarCraft eye test chart. But it's looking real good right now!

Is that other smudge the estimated size for a Raven?
    Aaand sold.

Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

The road's goal is the Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.

Actually, some of his stuff is off a bit going by different sources. The Ha'tak's pyramid for instance is suppose to be the size of the pyramid of Giza, which would make it not 1km in length.

I'm sure its fine for submitting it in there.

While this information is not official, I believe it is quite accurate. You should definitely submit this to the Starship Dimensions site.

I like the Science Vessel's size.

Great work so far. I want that poster so badly.

I thought the Bruta dwarfs all Ultras...
    http://starcraft.wikia.com/wiki/Brutalisk

The wiki sure says so, as does the game (it's larger than the Ultras in SCII)

Kudos to Arkceangel for the Terran avatar and sig!
