I believe the Terran ships are ok. Protoss spaceships are a little larger because they travel on their own through warp transit. I'm not sure on the shuttle, but scouts used to travel "with" carriers during broodwar.

After the broodwar, Protoss had to "salvage" old technology. The old carrier was able to attack like the void ray. I'd say they split the ship into two smaller ones, the new carrier and the void ray. The mothership is probably 2 times larger than in your scale, but that's just my thought.
I just want to se the leviatan wreak everything. ^^

The Shuttle did indeed travel via warp transit at times.

    Beautiful.

I really like the look of the "gel" material joining the tendrils and the rest of the body

You know, I really thought I would've had this finished by now. But, hey, I'm on the home stretch. I'll try to get out 2 drawings a day. Here're the Valkyrie and Overseer, uncolored:

I dunno, 2/3s of a Zergling on that chart.
More like 1/4. I think they were meant to be chest bursters. Maybe they grow a bit as they flop about on the ground. Methinks their primary attack is just to squirt acid at everything, and they're incredibly agile (they skitter about) which is why they don't immediately die (it takes about 2-4 attacks from a marine, from what I recall). A broodling on the ground is basically just a skittering abomination with a pterodactyl-like beak and glands for secreting high-velocity acid everywhere.

Zerglings on the other hand, would bound, not skitter - there's an old concept art of one with bulging haunches (if that's the word) and bunching rear legs. This is judging by the original BW/vanilla zergling animation, where the legs are thrown behind the unit as it moves (so, watch a video of a lion or a cheetah running). There's no way a zergling would fit inside the chest cavity of a human (can a big dog fit inside a chest cavity? That's not including the dogs talon-arm-things that swoop from the back over the head). The chest cavity is a perfect area to dwell for a smaller creature such as a broodling - but methinks 1/4 of the size of the zergling, it should be.

    Off track
SC 2's art and animation are a bit cartoonier - so zerglings are meant to appear to rapidly hop about.

I was wondering where this thread got to. Good to see it back on track. Keep em coming!
Yes, that's right! That is indeed ME on the right.

    On (SCBW) broodlings:

I would think that too, except that immediately after chestbursting they also immediately completely explode apart the vehicle that the pilot was driving and survive unharmed. I guess you could write it off as just being due to the fact that explosions were the only death animation for mech, but I'd like to think broodlings are a bit bigger and hardier than that. Plus if they're that tiny they'll be too small to show up on the chart. I'll see how things look after I draw one. :P
(Also, btw, their attack is "toxic spores," not acid.)

And I did the Brood War Carrier. And it is beautiful.

I like the curvature of the engine nacelles, and how the bridge cowling curves around to make wings for the nacelles to sit on.

Whatever happened to that Valkyrie painting I saw the other day?
    Aaand sold.

Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

The road's goal is the Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.

Err, I spent a long time justifying the way I'd scaled it, and then realized that my drawing didn't match the references. So, my guess was wrong, and I removed that part of the post. :P

Here's the new version: Based on the windows on the front of the Valkyrie,

and thinking of a ship's bridge like this,

maybe narrower, but probably with windows that size, that would give the Valkyrie a small crew and a length of around 300 feet, which fits its "frigate" description.

Based on the 4 hangars on the back of the battlecruiser's hammerhead being big enough for wraiths to dock, I can get a length of about 4000 feet/1200 meters for the (Behemoth) battlecruiser.

Here are those estimates together, and I think they look pretty good! Zoom in to see the wraith.

Now let's compare to Blizzard's. The battlecruiser compared with the wraiths I'm fine with, since the battlecruiser's probably much further in the background.

Their Valkyrie seems smaller than mine, though. It's definitely still bigger than their wraiths, but it's hard to tell by how much, whereas mine is a lot bigger. So, not sure what to do there.
