Well there is this:



Bear in mind that Tychus is 6'7 or just over 2m. In this pic it looks like Raynor comes just up to his bottom lip. But bear in mind that at this point Raynor is only about 18 or 19 year old. Assuming he'd have grown another inch or so, he'd probably be at least 6'2 or 6'3 (about1.85 m).


QoB mentions that as a human, Kerrigan was considered taller than the average woman, but still noticeably shorter than Raynor, but after infestation her eyes were at the same level of his own.
