So GSL is broadcasting an online tournament involving some players which I guess were picked based off of popularity with the foreign scene:

The ticket costs US$5 but it's free for everyone who got season tickets since the very first GSL. So...i just bought the very first GSL season to "complete my collection" as well as get this for free. LOL.

Not a ton of money but it is online and is more tournament action for Korean Starcraft 2 players. Everyone gets some money. Kinda seems like it'll be zerg and terran dominated.

1st prize: 2.000.000 KRW (US$1880)
Runner-up: 1.000.000 KRW (US$940)
Semifinals: 500.000 KRW (US$470)
Group play: 300.000 KRW (US$282)

This seems like an overall good tournament. Have to catch up on the semifinals and finals VODs. But from the results it looks to be interesting.
