Season 3 Kickoff Tournament

Join us for a friendly round robin tournament where the focus is all on the new ladder maps(for better or for worse). This is happening tonight, July 30th!

Below are the details:

Signups: 8:30 PM EDT (channel: blizzforums) ; Match Start: 9:00 PM EDT

Maps: The new Blizzard Ladder Maps
-Abyssal Caverns
-Antiga Shipyard
-Nerazim Crypt
-Searing Crater

Format: Round Robin(this means you play everyone in your group once). I will divide up the players into two or three groups of three or four people(adjustable based on the number.) All series will be best of 3 except for our final "placement" series which will each be best of 5. More details will be revealed once the final number of players is determined. The final placement series refer to the fact that you will ultimately play a best of 5 against the player in the other group that finished with the same record as you.

Game 1 Maps:
Round Robin Set 1 - Abyssal Caverns
Round Robin Set 2 - Narazim Crypt
Round Robin Set 3 - Antiga Shipyard
Round Robin Set 4 - Searing Crater
(remember the loser of game 1 picks the map for game 2, winner of game 1 picks map of game 3 if necessary)
Placement Series Matches - Narazim Crypt(loser picks map for next game throughout the best of 5's)
