    Nope. Quite the opposite. I hate TL and I'm glad its nothing like it.

    I was just clarifying. If I were doing otherwise, I would have said something about the strategy itself; not simply say that it won't work in higher leagues. Usually you assume that every idea you have works on all leagues. This is the first time you've been reasonable that I've seen.

    Also, I am one person. No need to exaggerate.

    Protoss air is almost always a good choice against Zerg. Terrans have plenty of reasons to get vikings. Banshees are good in a rush tactic.

    Zerg have mutas which are still pretty good in the mid game, but by late they're you'll want to either switch to broodlords or get a really good ground army depending on the matchup.

    This is atleast what I experience, and I imagine with the expansions air will get a few more niches.

    Looks interesting, but I'd be wary of spending 450 minerals on static D. Someone could just take an expo and still be even with you.

    The cannons are a must for holding off the 4 gate. Really all you have at that time is a Stalker and 1 Sentry (2 Sentries if he's a little slow on the 4 gate)
    And if he's not going 4-gate then you obviously don't go this strategy.

    But ya, the problem I've been having with it is people expanding immediately once they spot the pheonix'. Or even once they see the cannons.
    So from there I find that saving Pheonix' energy and clearing your natural with them is a must. Then it's just your regular Colossi race :P

    Maybe giving the Pheonix an AOE graviton beam upgrade out of the fleet beacon? Just a small one. enough to maybe catch 3/4 marines or 2 Roaches/Stalkers/Marauders?
    I think the current Pheonix is all but useless, and requires a huge amount of APM to really do anything worth while. Especially later on when your APM is better used on storms/FF.
    But ya, the graviton beam upgrade would work really nice with PvT I think as it would also add the extra tension of Pheonix vs. Medvacs in those death ball situations

    It is what it is though.
