List of all David Kim wins?

This guy seems to be the king of alpha SC2. How many on screen wins has this had? BR1-2 and the BlizzCon 2v2s? Are there any more? There's a general love for David Kim in TL.net.

He usually wins although I believe he lost in a 2v2 cuz he's teammate blew. It was a TZ (Kim was on this team) vs TP I reckon
