Normally I go to Cracked to have a laugh, but now I'm actually afraid/pissed off. This drive to privatize everything I fear is getting overboard, especially since you have to remember that a corporation's ultimate goal is to make a profit.

How exactly does this surprise any of you? Its how America has worked for decades. Its nothing but your beloved capitalism in action. It's why the news is rarely true and always a spin; its why you cough up 20K for an operation out of your own pocket; its why its better to live in prison than on the street. US citizens hate taxes, so the government can't afford to support these kinds of services. Thus, they allocate them to private companies. We brought this on ourselves.
