1. It's not distinctive at all. It doesn't need to be attractive, she isn't supposed to be beautiful, but it needs to look distinctive.
2. It needs to fit her voice. Kerrigan's face right now looks almost infantile, and that does not match up with Tricia Helfer's voice which is rather deep and powerful. Her cheeks and nose are too round. She should look harder, more angular.
3. She should have at least some semblance of that cartoon drawing of her. (Like you pointed out Demo... she went from a pale white chick to Michelle Obama, between the skin tone change and the strange collagen-filled lips)
Agreed Sandwich. Not what Kerrigan should look like, but an example of an attractive female video game character.
Right Gradius...but her bone structure shouldn't have changed. The zerg transformation added onto her human form-- ie, dreads replaced, hair, carapace covered skin, the bone-wings grew, but nothing about her original bone structure was altered (unless, I can't remember whether or not she grew taller?).
