I'm calling it, this expansion is 8 to 12 months away from release! I bet we'll see a beta shortly after BlizzCon 2011, in like, mid-November, then a release in late April or early May.

A part of me gets a bit pissed off at the fact that they are continuously persuing this romance aspect boy/girl love storyline.

This isn't starcraft, this is mass effect dumbed down. Then again the writer is from Mass Effect so who am I to judge?

Heart of the Swarm probably means heart of Kerrigan - a love story.

Nah, we all know how tragic it'll end and that Kerrigan won't get to have children with Raynor...Much less sex.

After all, you know, Kerrigan is still partly infested, and she will likely regain her full infested form by the end of the campaign.
Also, "Heart of the Swarm" refers to the Heart of the Zerg Swarm; Their leader and the main events surrounding the Zerg; Basically Kerrigan and the events in the 2nd chapter of this trilogy. This has likely very little, if anything, to do with "love" or the Zerg being "friendly, lovely and cute".

Expansions have quick turnaround times. Brood War came out within about 8 months of the original. Frozen Throne was 6 months. We've already more than 8 months into SC2's release, it shouldn't be too long for HOTS to finish.

How do you know it's only a teaser for a trailer they're gonna come out with later? (Many teaser trailers are just really short trailers and that's it, without a new trailer showing up for weeks if not months) And does anyone happen to know when we'll see this full trailer?

Dude, the Frozen Throne beta started in February and WC3 released in June of the year before...Frozen Throne then came out in early July. That was 13 months later...Don't believe me?:
