Baneling mines! (Probably not fair, due to burrowing without detection, but you can burrow banelings before the terrans get mobile detection.)

Yes. The stats haven't all been updated, but last I saw corruptors were very cost-efficient in terms of damage dealt, and the turrets can (last I heard) target ground units too. (Not that it matters in this example, since they could hit colossi anyway.)

After taking down the Phoenixes (which attack for you a little while when attacked by Corruptors), then the Corruptors could mutate into Broodlords to get more damage. Although it wouldn't exactly be necessary, since Colossi get attacked by air and ground.
Don't bother. That would take so long the colossi would run away by this point, and it would cost you money too.

Actually... Which is more cost-effective, Corruptors or Phoenix (taking abilities into account)?
Corruptors are situational. They're even worse than phoenixes because they cannot always do something to ground units (there must be air units for them to convert). Now that phoenixes don't have Overload though, they seem to have no advantage in a head to head match vs corruptors.

    Lurkers have got 9 range.

Nothing on the ground can counter mass Zealot/Colossus.
