    Great write-up. When I saw the reaction on here, I expected some highly negative rant or something, but everything he said was spot on.

    - Base-focused Queen is a good thing. Jon is crazy.

    I'm pretty sure he just meant it was decreased too much when he said it was "gone".
    Also, the Immortal at Robo isn't good. They were super expensive and you could never get more than one or two when battles camne. They literally didn't affect the game, even if you wanted to make them your main staple unit of your strategy, you couldn't do it. Thgey weren't "curbed", they were simply crippled.

    NO sir. The Thor may be a damn good unit, but Siege Tanks are still scary as hell. My friend is an excellent tank pusher in SC1, and they were even deadlier than before in SC2 at BlizzCon, with the added support of marauders and Ravens.

    I would pay better attention if I knew where to pay it to.

    Then why is the siege attack only 60? Did they decrease the cooldown? Did they take the supply and cost down? There's no way they could've just dropped the attack power and let that be that. 60 is even weaker than the SC1 siege cannon (which was 70).

    They may deal less damage, but due to improved pathing they hit a lot more units a lot more often. Splash damage in SC2 = devastating.

    I thought the siege tank in SC2 did 50 + 50 against armoured.

    Such a shame they brought it down to 60.

    But yes, as purewasted said. The Thor can only hit 1 target at a time, meaning mass Hydras or Lings, or Marines or anything which the Thor wastes its large firepower on (which die to siege tank splash) would kill the Thor easily.

    Actually geavosh says that the roach must be burrowed for regeneration.

    Interesting, I agree with his Joneagle's idea for a "power" upgrade (while making the unit still available at the GW) that forces warp-in for Immortals at a later tier. (or along those lines)

    ...and I said months ago that the Marauder had the Arthas, "bounce" when it ran....funny

    As much as I want to see the Thor return to its original glory, this new version sounds like a little much...

    What's the Roach's current regen rate then? - Also, did you notice if there was any regen increase while the unit was burrowed, or anything like that?
