Phase Shift is to use against large enemies, like Ultralisks, who aren't as affected by Psi Storm as smaller ones like Zerglings.

God knows against that 800Hp ball of death, you need something more than a Psi Storm...Phase Shift is to use against large enemies, like Ultralisks, who aren't as affected by Psi Storm as smaller ones like Zerglings.

Yeah... I prefer two psi storms.
Great Q&A supersonic. It sounds like you got a lot of playtime in, I just hope you didn't neglect all of the other StarCraft stuff that weekend.
I have one question, since almost everything I wondered about has been answered already.
Do you feel that the Protoss air force is lacking without a smaller, buildable spellcaster/support unit, like the Arbiter, or do you think the Mothership adequately fills that role?

The Mothership fits is decently well, although being very slow and there only being 1 per player. You couldn't really tell a whole lot because later than 20min+ end game didn't really happen, but I don't think it's going to be as big of a loss as if it was still SC1, just because other races have gotten unit changes as well. But I could for sure see it being a problem when your opponent can build multiple and faster caster units (or just other units that you would need to counter with abilities from the Mothership), and your stuck with one big slow unit, also limiting your energy pool to one unit. (which the abilities aren't OP, as most of them were on the Arbiter in SC1, so I don't see much point).
I wouldn't mind the Mothership being a semi close replication of the Arbiter, but I feel it still needs to be tweaked.
Sonic: [dressed as a cop] Let me speak to the driver.
Grounder: I'm not driving. He is!
Scratch: No I'm not.
Sonic: Driving without a driver? Now you're really in for it.
Sonic: You know? I sure have fun.
