They said that each story is self contained and won't contain and cliffhangers at the end.Mind, Metzen in the live stream I believe said that his favorite moment in WOL is the ending of it. So a cliffhanger of this magnitude to kick us in the groin and let us wait for the next campaign wouldnt suprise me one bit.

He was able to trick Kerrigan into thinking he was an infested human, when he wasn't infested... orhuman.
What, did the weird alien decide, "OK, no more thoughts about my alien ancestry and my hidden agenda and the fact that I'm not infested, time to push all of those under the surface where she won't scan for them at a glance!"?

We don't really know anything about him. Just that he lied and considered Kerrigan too near-sighted to appreciate his plan. Or whatever. Or whoever he was working for.
Well, we don't know what he did. They didn't go into their telepathic relationship. Even Mengsk was able to hide his thoughts from Kerrigan. What, did the weird alien decide, "OK, no more thoughts about my alien ancestry and my hidden agenda and the fact that I'm not infested, time to push all of those under the surface where she won't scan for them at a glance!"?

He had to have met him in the Brood War Zerg campaign:
Though whether Raynor knows Duran as anything more than Kerrigan's servant I don't know.Infested Kerrigan
Wrong, Fenix. I want to defeat them because if we don't, they'll clamp down on this sector, and enslave us all! You know I'm right Jim. You've studied the history of Earth, you know what the UED's agenda is. Taking control of the Zerg is only the beginning for them.
Jim Raynor
Maybe... I don't know...
Samir Duran
My Queen, again I beg your pardon for this interruption, but we have a very serious problem!
Infested Kerrigan
Perfect timing... Gentlemen, we'll need to finish this conversation later... continue, Duran.

My main qualm with it is though is that Duran seemed to be a man of means previously, he wouldn't need to work through Moebius to hire Raynor to do his work for him. We saw on Dark Origin that he apparently had a small army working for him, and he mentioned having thousands of other hybrids growing across the galaxy. That doesn't make it sound like he needs anyone to help him. There's also well-based theories that he's Ulrezaj boss, in which case I really can't imagine him resorting to a hounded freedom fighter for help.
You could be right, but it still seems more likely that Valerion is working through Moebius to me.

Yes, they met in the first zerg mission of Brood War. Raynor would have assumed Duran was an infested terran. He wouldn't know about Dark Origin until Zeratul met him, I presume.
(I say presume, because in a retcon, Raynor and Zeratul parted ways on Shakuras. Presumably Raynor and Zeratul might have had a chat...)

Well, Zeratul was never afraid of talking with Raynor about Protoss business. It is a wide speculation, but I believe < 50% of probability that Zeratul actually told raynor about the Hybrids.
Because, there's also the other side. Zeratul was dramatically disturbed by this knowledge. He left Shakuras at Artanis hands in an attempt to look for Duran's experiments and projects around the galaxy. Raynor was washed down by his last encounter with Kerrigan and the constant pounding of the Dominion, (Though, Blizzard has reafirmed that Raynor is not as decayed as portraided in 2008) because this where his main problems. If the hybrids where also in his mind, then: he wanted to forget them for a while or he was sieged by his main "terrors".
BTW, is there any evidence that Raynor still surffers of hard sleep against Kerrigan's nightmares?

Zeratul didn't even tell his fellow Protoss about the hybrids.
I kinda doubt he left Shakuras in Artanis' hands so much as he couldn't face the fact that he'd killed Raszagal and ran away to chase at shadows to alleviate his guilt. He left Shakuras at Artanis hands in an attempt to look for Duran's experiments and projects around the galaxy.
