Honestly, Rob should have avoided the discussion altogether. It was foolish of him to bring it up and query the audience, and Blizzard will never win this battle. This decision is understandable but clearly is upsetting a lot of people.

Personally I'm not affected by the lack of LAN, but it is kinda upsetting to see Rob acting this way. Up until now I've never seen Blizzard show signs of arrogance.

I think most of the complaining is due to fans getting stir crazy. So much hype and so little delivery makes fans edgy. A date would make everyone happy. Then they can play bnet and see how good it will be.

All the time it was LAN with my friends around here... I don't know you guys, but I feel a little... discouraged because of this issue...

Cable internet has become soo affordable these days. Don't tell me you don't have 30$ (read: 1$/day) to spend a month on internet cable, but you have a $100-$150 or more to spend on other crapshit college students often throw their money at... Seriously... -__-;;
