The fact that the social network aspect is limited to Blizzard games only greatly reduces the usability of the whole idea, imho.

Nowadays company think it is a good idea to make people maintain 3 or more social profiles, but why? If this is supposed to be successful, they should add support to use battle.net with non Blizzard games.

Over 20 million users of WoW and B.Net is a "decent" sized community imo
