Come on people... Everyone could see that Lag is pretty ruining the game. Adel vs. MVP was pretty good, I watched just second game, but MVP's Marauders micro wasn't so good, and his first reaper died to probes surrounding him. I don't think someone that won GSL would allow that, even if he isn't in his top shape.

come on, it was said that they are playing on NA server, so both of them have lags.

They don't have the same Lag... Playing EU on NA server or vica versa is pretty manageable, for example KiwiKaki, afaik, is playing on EU server from the start of the beta, while MC said that on NA server, delay is ~2 sec. And QXC is from NA, so there was no lag for him, I think, I mean you saw that Geniues' control wasn't so good, Force Fields were late, Storm was late etc. Same as MVP.

Well played Goody, NesTea had awful decision making in that last game in my opinion... All he had to do is to mass while Goody was sieged and attack him. He was sitting on 4 bases while Goody was on 2 with a lot less SCVs than Drones. He basically throw it away. He wanted to trade base with Terran, and what I have learned is never trade base with Terran...

Well we'd need a sponsor and people to run the event smoothly. Hard to match the production value easily......but SC:L could theoretically hold a tournament.

I think it would be pretty cool if you could host a tournament similar to that of the TSL except with just normal players, your more casual type. Sure, you wouldn't be able to match all of the bells and whistles that TL offers but I think it would be interesting to perhaps offer the normal, every day person a chance to compete in something similar.

Sure you wouldn't get the same large scale attention that TL's tourney would offer, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Bronze/Silver players version or Gold or Plat/Diamond event based on the same concept.

The hardest part of running something like that though is getting support from people to run it. We actually did try something that was pretty epic with the BF Invitational a while back but it lacked a lot of foresight and vision from myself. I'm also leary of putting out a really nice prize as you'll get some of these more serious players playing under some sort of smurf account just to abuse the system.

However, to get the thread more back on track the games were quite amazing today. I really enjoyed watching all of the games, especially the last three series. Good stuff.

Yeah, two times 3-0 today... MC 3-0 White-Ra and Thorzain 3-0 Tyler(this one was a bit unexpected for me, didn't think Tyler would lose 3-0 :/). Well, anyway, waiting for next matches, I still think that MC can take this easily, the only problem would be Nada.
