They're probably made out of that same organic stone that the Xel'Naga make their underground caves out of.

I hype you up so much, and that's the best you can come up with?

    Tsk tsk. You're slipping, man.

You're drifting outta touch, DS. God help us all.

I'm not slipping. They're robots. That's it. Very old Protoss robots.

Is it just another theory of yours, or you know something we don't...

Actually, I also just thought they were Protoss robots - robots which are guardians of that Xel'Naga relic, and which were designed to look like statues, in order to surprise intruders.

They remind me of the Cuotl from Rise of Legends :P.

Okay, now to be fair, I'm pretty sure nobody here didn't think they were robots.

Unless they're actually real Zealots, grown larger than their compatriots because they were force-fed a lot of milk in their youths, masquerading as stone statue robots for... the purposes... of uh... uh... sowing confusion among the Terran ranks.

    Yeah.

    well, hold on...
    I just copied the URL...
Right, your idea sounds logical, they're robots designed to look like statues to surprise intruders... with their size and though appearance anyone would feel discouraged...

I'd go with robots.... seems like thats what the protoss would make. And these are fanatical, isolated protoss on some random planet, so the robots wold be old.

Either that, or they took colossi and put them in giant zealot-shells.
You represent what is greatest in us all, and all our hopes go with you. EN TARO ADUN, brave Sons of Aiur!
