I don't believe they've added the "Kerrigan echo effect" yet, which would help.
At the very least, Kerrigan's voice has the most reason for changing out of all the characters. Possible scenarios:
1 - Her infestation has progressed, making her voice different.
2 - She hasn't spoken to anyone in years, so naturally she sounds different.
3 - She just consumed a zergling, and bits of it are still in her mouth/throat, so it sounds different.
...
ok so I pulled those out of my ass, but I personally can live with the new VA.

Hmm.....If that actually is the new actress, (thanks, Spychi for the compare) she's actually not as bad as we heard in the "I am Kerrigan" spot - I actually couldn't tell at first; just thought it was because it was the live clip.
Now.....anyone know where this HD vers can be downloaded?
"Wait.....no Gzhee-Gzhee.....?.....whu......Why no Ghzhee-Gzhee?!?!?!?!"

I'm probably going to get a little flak for this, but I actually prefer Strassman in this particular instance.
That said, I've never been a terrible fan of Kerrigan at all, as I am a bit of a purist and believe in the "Overmind all tha way" :P. It's interesting that a lot of fans hold Kerrigan in such high regard because to me, she's always come across as that 'whiny schoolgirl bitchy', as opposed to someone I can actually respect. The Overmind had that gravitas and presence which Kerrigan just never had for me.
Personally, I think that Strassman's delivery of this line is superior to Talken's (Campbell's?) in the sense that she doesn't come off sounding like an angsty teenage girl (which really, is an issue I've always had with Kerrigan), but rather she sounds more mature and sophisticated. I find it more menacing, and I quite like that.

Actually, in my opinion "sophisticated" is a term which applies to Glynnis but not the new voice actress (she is menacing, sure, but little else, Glynnis was menacing, mocking and amused all at the same time). But then, I am a Kerrigan fan and I already made my position on this issue clear.

Dr. Hanson doesn't sound anything like Liara.
