Damn man, those Hercules Class Dropships are sick.

I as well thought they were doodads, that's how wicked awesome they are.

I have a gripe though, with the firebat and the marauder.

Personally, I think the Marauder would look great if it looked more like the current firebat's size, because right now I think it's bulkier than the firebat. And then for the firebat, I think it should look a bit thinner, closer to marine size but a bit thicker.

    After all...

    Marine: 40 HP
    Firebat: 60 HP
    Marauder 120 HP

And if you look at the SC: Ghost trailer, the firebat really isn't an "Iron Monger" of marines, he's roughly the same height and size, just thicker. Which is also how I believe the Marauder should look like as well.

I also think firebats should come from the barracks, they're still infantry after all.

Also, Spectres sound absolutely badass with the ability to create Zerg Hallucinations, something I find very fitting for them with their current surrounding lore.
Although, I think they should have completely unique abilities from regular Ghosts, give them something else in replacement for nuke and lockdown.
Maybe something like heightened senses which improve vision, movement speed, range, health etc. Or something like "psionic enhancement" which lets them jump cliffs like reapers or what have you.

Swann, the chief engineer, actually mentions how these newer Firebat models are bigger and tougher than the old models, which explains why they're quite a bit bigger than their old SC/BW selves.

Ah that makes sense, thanks! In that case, they look perfect.

You're welcome. It was one of those tiny little bits of extra information that you don't recall unless someone talks about the subject.

I would kill everyone here if that happened.

    Worst. Idea. Ever.

    Um. No.

The firebat is not a good unit. It offers nothing to the multiplayer that the Hellion does not offer ten-fold.

Oh, what stats and abilities did the firebat have by the way?

Same goes for the Marauder and such?

I'm still curious about the Brutalisk. It sounds like something from Metalocalypse... Perhaps its the tentacled Omegalisk thing that I saw in some art somwhere...

Let me guess: they where too flimsy and were ripped anyways by most enemies?
